Our basic response time is 1 to 4 days, depending on the complexity of the project. According to the subscription plans:

Plano Essential - 1 to 4 days (1 active order)
Plano Agency - 5 to 12 days (2 active orders)

After subscribing to a plan, you can place your order on the project manager platform using the “Create Order” button. After selecting the type of project you want, you will answer some quick questions about the specific project that served as a Briefing, which will help us to better understand the project and also to receive your design more quickly.

However, we also offer a lot of flexibility in how you can request designs. You can directly send us an email or message to submit a new order, you can share a document on Google Drive, We Transfer, or even record a short video on your computer or mobile phone.

No! You are free to cancel at any time and for any reason. The monthly fee is charged automatically, in prepayment mode, every 30 days. When you cancel your monthly subscription, you continue to enjoy our services until the end of 30 days.

We need your input in three simple areas:
- Describe the design you need
- Describe the text, content, and images you want to use
- Attach an example that you like

In the order form, you can enter the name of the request, specify dimensions, file types, and also upload files.

All requests will be submitted through the project manager and lined up in a row organized in order of urgency, we will work on your requests in order, each time. This also helps deliver the best results.

The designs will be delivered within the time stipulated in the plans, it may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the number of revisions.

Absolutely! We work with agencies and offer “White Label” (white label) services. We can work on your internal brand and also on your clients' brand.

Our business model means that we are more than just a design company, we always want to understand your project by collecting as much information as possible so that we can fully understand the briefing in order to create the best possible design.

But please, if there are any times when you feel that you don't like the design, don't be afraid to say something - simply ask for another concept/change and we'll be happy to rethink the project. Remember that all of our subscriptions offer unlimited revisions!

After subscribing to a plan, we will send you a link to access the platform where you can define your username and password. Once you enter the platform, you can place your first order in the “Requests” module.

You'll need to cancel your current subscription before you can subscribe to a different plan. To change plans just click on “cancel plan” in the project manager, then you can subscribe to the plan you want.

We are constantly working to provide an impeccable service experience and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund during the initial 14 days of your first monthly payment.

‍To qualify for a refund you must:
- Have placed at least 2 orders
- Have provided feedback/requested changes to all your requests
- Not having used/disclosed any of the materials designed by us

If you do not comply with the 3 points above, we will not be able to issue a refund, as it will be classified as service abuse.

Depending on the type of project you want, our plans are developed to help your company convert and scale, the plans are divided into 2 aspects to help achieve different objectives:
- Flat Essential: suitable for companies that want graphic material on a recurring basis
- Flat Agency: suitable for agencies or marketing teams that require more advanced projects on a recurring basis (this plan also includes everything described in the Essential plan)
